Shipping and Handling Policy
Scor-Pal Products shipping and handling rates were designed to be as reasonable for our customers as possible. Shipping and handling rates charged are based on the weight of your order. USA shipment rates quoted are USPS and UPS.
Canadian orders will be shipped from our Canadian office using Canada Post if 'Table Rate' is selected.
International orders are shipped by First Class or Priority Mail, but can take up to 6 weeks to be delivered in some countries and tracking is either not provided or unreliable. We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail.
Orders are normally delivered to the post office by us within three days of receipt.
European customers can order from our distributor in Holland: Kitty's Craft at www.kittyscraft.nl.
Australian customers can order from our Australian distributor: Stamp and Scrapbook Madness at www.stampandscrapbookmadness.com.au.
UK customers can order from our UK distributor: Once Upon A Stamp at www.onceuponastamp.co.uk.
Authorization for Return or Replacement
To obtain scor-pal.com's authorization to return a defective item for credit or replacement, simply call 1-877-629-9908, or contact us through the website, or email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org within 45 days of purchase. Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 20% restocking fee, and must also be returned within 45 days of purchase.
Non-defective merchandise must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
Items Damaged During Shipment
If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact us at 1-877-629-9908, or contact us through the website, or email us directly at email@example.com within 30 days of the date of shipment of your order, and your claim will be processed immediately.
