Supplies: Scor-Pal ® Hobby Blade Cardstock 4 1/2" x 11" Tag measures 2-1/2" x 5" matted on 2-3/4" x 5-1/4". Assorted cardstock. Papers for embellishments Stamps & inks Scor-Tape ™ (sold in online store)

Step 1: With 11" length to the left and top fence score on 1", 5 1/2", and 10" |
|
Step 2: Move scored piece of cardstock over to the 1/4" line on your Scor-Pal. Make second series of scoring at 3", 4", 7 1/2", and 8 1/2" lines. Diana – The photo shows the original Scor-Pal. With the new Scor-pal you also have a groove at 1/2", 1 1/2" and 2 1/2". |

Step 3: Cut a slit 5/8" from both sides on the 5-1/2" scored line for your tag (middle line of your cardstock piece). Tag measures 2-1/2" x 5" matted on 2-3/4" x 5-1/4". Embellish your tag.
Step 4: You can make cut slit as wide as you’d like to accommodate larger tag embellishments .

Step 5: Apply Scor-Tape to the one inch sections of your card base, down both edges of each tab (arrows). Slide tag into the slit.

Step 6: Remove tape backing on one side. Slip your tag to the bottom and attach. Refer to photo. Make sure your tag is centered in the slit. |

Step 7: Remove tape backing and attach the other one inch section to the tag. Your card is assembled. Further embellish to your liking. The card will lie flat for mailing. |

Instructions With the 10” along the top of the Scor-Pal®, score at the 1”, 2-½”, 3-½”, 5, 6-½”, 7-½” and 9” mark. Along the 5” score mark, cut a slot from the ½” mark to the 7-½” mark.
*Note: Folds flat and can be mailed in an X-large Envelope (8-3/4” x 5-3/4”)
This version of the box card would also work well with a family photo. For example: a family Christmas card. |
