Step 1:
Score the 2 1/2" x 10 1/2" card stock at 2", 2 1/2", 6", 8" and 8 1/2" on the Scor-Pal®. Crease folds. Remember to fold so the score lines are to the outside of the fold.
Step 2:
Punch four holes in the section between the 2" and 2 1/2" score lines using the largest hole on your Crop-a-Dile or a 1/4" hole punch.
Step 3:
Attach the two printed pieces of Hemingway on the right side in the section between the 8 1/2" x 10 1/2" score/cut lines and the other between the 6" and 8" score lines.
Step 4:
Notch in the middle of the last section (between 6" and 8" score lines). If you do not have a notch tool you can attach Velcro.
Step 5:
Stamp the top front printed paper with Cognac ink, using the golf ball, 'Fore" and the letter "U'.
Step 6:
Stamp under that section (on the inside) with the golfer and the words 'plenty of play' from 'BooKoo Blessings.
Step 7:
Put Scor-Tape™ on the underside of the printed paper. This is to help hold the tees in place, not attach the papers together.
Step 8:
Using Scor-Tape™ attach the holder together.
Step 9:
Tie a ribbon around the bottom section and knot in the front.
Step 10:
Put in four golf tees. Push them so they go up against the tape to hold them in place.
